In Safe Hands is a private care provider for the elderly, based within the borough of Spelthorne.

Established by Ami Norman, a compassionate care provider with many years' experience caring for the elderly, In Safe Hands provides that little extra help to enable our clients to retain independence in their own home.

Ami has been in the care profession most of her working life; a registered childminder for 3 years, as an HCA at Hillingdon Hospital for 10 years and then 4 years as a carer within a corporate care organisations. Noticing that the elderly truly needed an extra level of care, Ami set up In Safe Hands in 2017 to provide a much more personal service to those who really need it.

COMPANION CARE

We fully understand that as adults get older their circle of friends tends to thin. That’s why In Safe Hands places strong emphasis on becoming friends with our clients, to share a conversation, a joke, a spot of lunch or even a trip out to the shops.

HOME CARE

As one gets older, we fully appreciate that it gets more difficult to keep on top of a daily home routine. In Safe Hands provides that extra support to ensure our clients, and their families, always have peace of mind in a clean and tidy home.

  • Laundry

WELFARE

As we age, more and more daily tasks become more difficult. That is where our specialist carers are able to assist with personal hygiene and safety. Whilst we do not provide direct personal care, we can help your loved one in many ways:

  • Shower / wash safely & independently
  • Encourage personal hygiene
  • Provide clean clothing
  • Prepare and serve nutritional meals
  • Remind them to take medications

ADMIN CARE

We understand that, even as we grow older, bills still need paying, appointments made and correspondence answered. That's why at In Safe Hands, we ensure our client’s daily administration tasks are always managed in a private and confidential manner.
